  • Orientation is free and typically takes about 1-2 hours.

  • You'll learn darkroom safety, equipment operation, and our community guidelines.

  • We will supply practice paper and practice negatives. Feel free to bring you own.

  • Please note, you must be 18+ to use the darkroom independently.

Our goal is to make the Community Darkroom a welcoming place where anyone can learn and create. While orientation is free, donations help sustain the space by supporting equipment maintenance, chemistry, and ongoing programming. Thank you for helping us build a creative community.
