Open Lab: Digital Photography May 7th, 2024

Open Labs is an opportunity for community members to discuss digital post-production work with others. Open Labs will be held on the first Tuesday of each month from 6:00 - 7:30 PM at Photo Opp (621 N Bateman St, Appleton).

The first 30-45 minutes of the night will be an open discussion. The rest of the event will be for small group breakout discussion to work together on specific questions. Please bring your own laptop if you prefer, otherwise our hosts will have their laptops and we’ll have some monitors available for plug-in.

The goal of our Digital Open Labs is to offer an "open room" to talk about any topic in the process of digital photography.

Topics like:

- Hey, how would you edit this photo?

- How do I fix this white balance issue?

- Can you just show me where the ENHANCE button is?

- How do you organize your archive?

- Can you Photoshop this terribly out of focus photo to be in focus? (no.)

Also, feel free to just come to simply ‘talk shop’ with other digital photographers. The doors are open, come hangout!
