4H Photography Class

Photo Opp, an Appleton-based nonprofit, will be hosting a series of structured curriculum created specifically to help the 4H youth with their photo contest submissions. Each class will include a lesson for the group and then time for kids to practice what they learned while getting individual teaching. There will also be "homework" for the kids to do between the classes.

Dates: 3/10, 4/14, 5/12
Time: 6:00pm-7:30pm
Location: Photo Opp (621 N Bateman St.)
Fee: $40 per student

Photo Opp will have a structured class curriculum created specifically to help the 4H youth with their photo contest submissions. The monthly classes will be:

  • FEB: What makes a good photo? And how? The arts and science of creating a photo.

  • APR: Let’s take some pictures! Photo Walk to take photos together with experiential instruction.

  • MAY: Guided photo editing and printing instruction to get your final image(s).
