From Our Streets Zine

From Our Streets is a collection of images that elevates street photography by using clean, funny, moody images that tell a story. This gallery featured three local photographers; Tyler Gajewski, Char Brandis, and Billy Hintz with the rest of the gallery showcasing images from our greater community that were selected through an open submission and a blind judging process.

As a way to offer the opportunity for any community member to showcase their art, we wanted our 2024 gallery to include an open submission process that was truly accessible, and that eliminated barriers for entry such as no entry fee, no costs to printing/framing admitted art, and no costs to attending the opening gallery night event.

In total, we had 168 images submitted from 58 photographers from around the state, providing so much great work to look through! Our gallery highlighted 18 artists whose work showcases their interpretation of street photography. In this zine, we included at least one image from each photographer that submitted work. We feel this community is too great to not share such amazing art!
